ARE YOU NEW?

Visiting a new church can be an intimidating experience.  Our hope is that you will feel welcomed by our members with a warm smile and outstretched hands. On Sunday mornings you can expect our services to start with some sung worship music and time of tithing, followed by church news & announcements, and then an engaging and relevant Bible-based sermon by one of our pastors. At the end of the service you have the opportunity to mingle with new people, get connected to one of our ministries, and receive answers to any questions you may have directly from a pastor or one of our church leaders. Thank you for considering our community and we hope to see you soon!

Church Attire

You will find a variety of styles from casual jeans and shirt to ties and dresses. We're a laid back church with majority of attendees being students. So feel free to come in what you feel comfortable with.

Parking

You can find parking spots entering the church's lot or feel free to park on the side streets. If you're a newcomer or an elder, we have available accommodations directly in front of the church; look for green signs.

Baby Nursery

We have an enclosed room available for families requiring privacy. The room is padded and includes toys and rocking chairs for your convenience.

Adult & Families

We meet in small churches that are designed within our EM Ministry to help create relationships on a more personal level.

Young Adults Ministry

The Young Adults Ministry within our EM provides fellowship with diverse people in a specific life stage marked by independence, but learning to grow more dependent on the Lord together. This ministry consists mostly of post-graduate students or young working professionals.

Youth Ministry

The Youth Ministry at Davis Korean Church provides an opportunity for students to know Jesus Christ through worship, small groups, and activities. Our goal is to reach out to 7th-12th grade students through a safe environment filled with fellowship and growth where we can connect with God, with each other, and the community around us. This ministry has many activities throughout the year including a winter retreat, lock-ins and a yearly trip to Six Flags Discovery Kingdom.

College Group 
Mustard Seed Ministry

The College Group Ministry is a UC Davis on-campus Christian ministry, with the purpose of being and making disciples of Christ. We provide many avenues to grow in faith and mature in our relationship with God, such as discipleship training and tight-knit small groups (small church). Our hope for those in our ministry is to be a people who journey to know Him more and to make Him known. We provide rides for freshmen/transfers on campus as well as off-campus pickups.

Children Ministry

The vision of Sunday School at Davis Korean Church is to raise up children who love Jesus and obey His commands.  

 

This is accomplished by:

  • Teaching and helping students know Jesus and believe in Him as their personal Lord and Savior so that they will sincerely love Jesus and grow in Him. 

  • Training students in not only knowing Jesus' commands, but demonstrating how to obey Jesus. This is taught through the Bible and through the lives of our CM leaders, teachers and pastors.

  • Partnering with families to support one another in creating a community of families that love Jesus and one another.

The Children Ministry (CM) runs parallel to both the KM and EM services at 9:20 and 11:40am respectively.
